This notice explains what FlyAI collects when you join our early-access waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The waitlist is the only place on this site where we collect personal information.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, the role you select (student pilot, CFI, or school owner), and — if you choose to provide it — your phone number. We also record the date you signed up and that the signup came from this website.

Why we collect it

We use your email and role for one purpose: to contact you about FlyAI early access, beta availability, and launch — and to understand who is interested so we can prioritize what we build. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your signup is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) solely so we can operate the waitlist. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until FlyAI launches and you have had the chance to create an account, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us by emailing the address below. Every email we send you will also include a way to opt out.
